Mama Pho was first established in 2011 at Aina Haina Shopping Center, with our grand opening taking place on October 15, 2011. As a family-owned restaurant, our mission has always been to serve flavorful, authentic Vietnamese cuisine made from our own family recipes while providing a welcoming dining experience for our community.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to build lasting relationships with our customers, many of whom have become part of the Mama Pho family. Thanks to their continued support, we were able to expand and open our second location at Ala Moana Center in 2017.

Today, Mama Pho remains committed to preparing fresh, high-quality Vietnamese dishes that honor our family's traditions while embracing the spirit of aloha. From our signature pho and family recipes to our locally made Volcano Garlic Chili, we take pride in sharing the flavors we love with the people of Hawaii and visitors from around the world.
